Abstract

We are pleased to welcome to new members to our Advisory Board, Quinn Duclos and Kyle Glover. Quinn is a Doctoral Candidate in Public Health Education at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. whose primary research focus is on social media use by health educators. Kyle is obtaining his PsyD. in Applied Clinical Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology at San Diego.

In Issue No. 2 of New Male Studies for 2020 we have three referreed articles, which in turn examine fatherhood after parental separation, boys' early school leaving, and men as displaced refugees. There are also two short contributions the first of which describes the author's  liefe experience of the consequences of male embodiment; the second is a transcript of an interview with the founder of Menspeak, a non-hierarchical, male-centred British men's group.

The issue closes with yet another thought provoking photographic essay from one of our regular contributors.
